Queensland Gate Automation prides itself on being able to provide a high quality of phone technical support and product training.

Phone technical support is available during office hours and our friendly team are able to provide support in installation, commissioning and fault finding. We understand that when support is required, it is needed in a timely fashion and we do our best to answer queries while the gate technician, installer or user is on site at the gate motor. Queensland Gate Automation can also recommend a local gate technician if an onsite service is needed.

Queensland Gate Automation’s in-house service department is able to repair most Centsys gate motor equipment and carries parts in stock for FAAC and Centsys products. Most repairs are completed within 1 to 3 days once received at Queensland Gate Automation.

Product Training

Queensland Gate Automation offers complimentary product training which includes the use of our speciality training and demonstration trailer fitted with sliding gate, swinging gate and traffic barrier / boom gate. This allows hands on product demonstrations and technical training at our customers premises. Please contact Queensland Gate Automation to arrange product training for your business.
